Service Description
Virginia B. Gaddis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in multiple states. She received her Master’s in Counseling from Barry University with specializations in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy. Virginia has a decade of experience working as a therapist, a youth counselor, a family court specialist, and a victim advocate with the police; working in different arenas has allowed her to see how mental health applies and affects all areas of life. Mental Health and Family are her life passions, as such she uses a solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral approach in therapy with individuals of all ages as well as couples and families struggling with Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Panic Disorders, Depression, Personal Growth, Self-Esteem, as well as General relationship challenges (family, friends, co-workers). Virginia offers therapy sessions in-person on Fridays and virtually Monday through Thursday. She looks forward to helping you gain insight and achieve wellness in your life.
